Badal Kanta Podder is a business postgraduate who has achieved  BBA and MBA degree from Dhaka University, he had a passion for garments and textile business from university so completed an internship on merchandising, manufacturing, and exporting and also completed a few courses related to Business.

Before forming Wear Look in 2013 he served in the different organizations of Garments Industries & Garments Buying House in Bangladesh holding top management responsibility in the field of merchanding, production, etc., during the job period he dealt with world-renowned buyers i.e. Auchen, OVS, Sonae SR . and on many other renowned companies. He has vast experience in handling all types of garments and fabric as well as technical and professional knowledge,
